Hi! My name is Darya Munroe, and I make fine art pieces.  I was born and raised in the Cayman Isalnds and moved to the US to earn my bachelor’s in fine art.  My main passion is in portraitures and animals.  My favourite medium is acrylic paint, but I do love to experiment with lots of other stuff.  My favourite non-painting projects are linoleum block printing.  I consider my style semi-realistic as I like the idea of making recognizable forms with exaggerated highlight and shadow areas.  I want to be able to share my creativity with others, and inspire people to start creating too.  I love to create art that has a personal meaning behind it—and I hope you enjoy browsing my works (:
